Not completely happy with your bounce house? No worries!

You can register your return within 14 days after receiving your package via hello@weareminii.com

Once you have notified us, you must return the item within 14 days. Returned products must be sent unused and in their original packaging. The cost of returning is entirely at the expense of the customer. Within 14 days of receipt of the return and after inspection, Minii will refund the purchase amount in full to the same account number that was used for the original purchase.
